         <description><![CDATA[<p>In Romania, the transition from communism to democracy was one of the most violent. In 1989, after years under a strict regime, people protested massively. The Communist leader, Nicolae Ceaușescu, was overthrown and executed. Sadly, over 1,000 people were killed during the protests. This shows how the fight for freedom can be very hard in some countries.</p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
