What I find impressive is that Polish students address their teachers by their first names unlike Bulgaria where students only use teachers' surnames.
One good thing about eating out in Poland is that each one can pay their bill separately even if they are a part of group. This is something Bulgarian waiters find really disturbing.

What we have noticed is that the Polish are much more serious, at least in their facial expressions. They are smiling much less when compared to Czechs.

The thing that is unusual for me is that students at school can ask their principal to dismiss them from P.E lessons even for the whole school year. It's strange for me because in our school we don't do this.

- there are many Italian restaurants
- Polish students are calling their teachers by their first names
- Polish students are nodding/shaking their head the opposite way
- supporting their country (the soccer game with Sweden) example: singing in the tram
- the ability to separate the bill

What i find impressive is that Polish students can choose what to study unlike in Bulgaria where everyone is studying the same program (depends on the school) until we go to the university. And the thing that impressed me the most was the architecture.

Difference between Poland and Slovenija.
Poland is a lot bigger and has more things while Slovenija is cleaner. Also people in Poland are a lot more nicer.

Poland is more Christian country then Slovenija. And seems a lot more safer cuz there are police walking around. And has better weather then Slovenija.

I would say Poland is more fun then Slovenija.

The thing that made me the most confusing was how people appreciate dogs. When I saw how people care about pets and are allowed take them to shops, cafes, trains, I was shocked, because in our country we can do this only in special places. I'm happy to know that in some countries there is such situation, and it made me realise how important those little things are.

Diffrences Poland- slovenia

definetly culture, we have diffrent traditional foods. For example we have kranjska klobasa aka kranjska sausage, thrn we have prekmurska gibanica - its a layerd pastry it contains diffent nuts,fruit (mostly apples, and diffrent raisins. We also have žganci cooked corn grits or corn flour.

Poland is bigger than Slovenia, cities / towns are bigger.

We have diffrent types of schools and much more of them such as more highschools / diffrent types of them.

Diffrent school systems - middle school and high school are separete especialy factulties, most of our schools are free and you usually get paid to be in it aka scholarahip

Diffrent currencies - pln/ zlot and eur

i think greeting each other is kinda similiar but defenetly when we argue its quite diffrent, for exqmple my mom is like a tipical balcanic mom and she can be very angry easily but thats for me

- In school they have different levels (middle school, kindergarten, highschool) in one big school, in Slovenia we have those separated.
- In Poland every car stops for you so you can cross the street, in Slovenia not all cars stop so you have to wait sometimes.
- People here are also so kind and understandable and speak english really good, they are polite, and you can ask them anything, or if something bothers you, you can always tell them.
- I also liked how bus have underground station, in Slovenia we don't have that. I like Poland busses have more stops and how are connect to the shopping center, they also have really big shoping centres and many shops.
- I also like trams, we don't have tramps in Slovenia

Poljska has biggest schools with multiple levels of schooling (i think thats good but i like more what we have … we have everything in our building —> kindergarten, elementery school, high school and various colleges)
Smaller classrooms with smaller classes (i think this isn’t good for students because then you may feel too cramped -kremp … we have bigger classrooms and the average number od students in each class is 25)
All cars almost always stop when we are crossing the road wirhout traffic lights (I think this is very good, at least otherwise it would take some time … in our country, some cars don’t stop at all, sometimes not even the police)
Most schools are away from the city center (i think this is fine and students can make more new friends even if thay don’t go to the same school … but just as we have schools in the center of Maribor, I'm still better, because we have everything at closer)

While in the country, i turned my attention to public transportation. A There are a lot of trams in Poland. a lot of people use trams. There are no trams in Lithuania, but there are trolleybuses that also carry a lot of people.

Here when a big grou of people goes out to eat in a restaurant they can pay separately. The waitress will split the bill for you while in Bulgaria you have to do that yourself. Another difference I found was that if you make a reservation here you will have to pay like 10% more. You don't have to this in my country.

It was strange that there is no call for a lesson and a break in a Polish private school. There are also a lot of dogs in all the supermarkets and nothing prevents them from being there. There are trams that we do not have in Lithuania and it was a new experience
