         <description><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://biblehub.com/matthew/3-13.htm"><b>13</b></a>&nbsp;Then Jesus arrived from Galilee at the Jordan<i>coming</i>&nbsp;to John, to be baptized by him.&nbsp;<a href="http://biblehub.com/matthew/3-14.htm"><b>14</b></a>&nbsp;But John tried to prevent Him, saying, “I have need to be baptized by You, and do You come to me?”&nbsp;<a href="http://biblehub.com/matthew/3-15.htm"><b>15</b></a>&nbsp;But Jesus answering said to him, “Permit&nbsp;<i>it</i>&nbsp;at this time; for in this way it is fitting for us to fulfill all righteousness.” Then he permitted Him.&nbsp;<a href="http://biblehub.com/matthew/3-16.htm"><b>16</b></a>&nbsp;After being baptized, Jesus came up immediately from the water; and behold, the heavens were opened, and he saw the Spirit of God descending as a dove&nbsp;<i>and</i>&nbsp;lighting on Him,&nbsp;<a href="http://biblehub.com/matthew/3-17.htm"><b>17</b></a>&nbsp;and behold, a voice out of the heavens said, “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well-pleased.”</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>- All except John talk about after Jesus came out of the water he saw the heavens opening</p><p>- Matthew, Mark, and John's talk about how Jesus cam from Galilee before coming to John</p><p>- All talk about where Jesus was baptized and by who.</p><p>- Mark, Matthew, and Luke all have the same quote at the end of the story "You are my beloved Son, in You I am well-pleased."</p><p>- Both Mark and John talk about specifically what Jesus was doing in Galilee before he came to be baptized.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>- Johns Version of the Baptism did not go into very much detail about the actual baptism. </p><p>- Luke does not talk about where Jesus came from before he was baptized by John whereas in the the other 3 stories they say Jesus came from Galilee </p><p>- John does not end his story with the Quote "You are my beloved Son, in you I am well-pleased</p><p>- Matthew is the only one to talk about how John wanted Jesus to baptize him instead of John baptizing Jesus. </p><p>- Matthew is the only gospel to write out the entire conversation John The Baptist and Jesus had before Jesus was baptized.</p><p>- In John's Gospel he talks about how John the baptist only uses water to baptize.</p>]]></description>
