The purpose of government is to govern over the people but its different in every country. In the United Stated the government is limited meaning they dont have full control over the people.

Power is good in the right hands, alot of people will become corrupted and yearn for more power and money.

I think people are good in the eyes of society, when people are alone and no one is watching them thats when they display themselves at most honesty.
