Real name is alkyl nitrites, they are a recreational drug. Streets names can include oranges, sparkles and jelly beans.  They are used to cure cyanide poisoning in small amounts but over doses can have side effects. Over doses can lead to lowering blood pressure, head aches,  stroke, heart attacks and fainting. It is disguised as perfume or shoe wax most of the time.
