Our country is not so big and the number of the Ambassadors is small too. We are 16 in number at the moment and I know all of them. I have connected with all of them in ESEP and we also have a chat in Messenger, Facebook. We can get in touch directly when we meet at different national seminars and Conferences. Sometimes we can have common presentation to make or workshops to organize. All our Ambassadors are very receptive and ready to help.

I feel so lucky to live in a country with a large number of ambassadors distributed by communities around the country. Specifically in mine, Madrid, we are a very enriching team where we support and encourage each other, they are extraordnary professionals.

We regularly attend training meetings and they also offer us the possibility of attending national events where we have the opportunity to share workshops and seminars with ambassadors from all over Spain. Grateful and lucky!

In Spain we are more than one hundred ambassadors distributed in autonomous communities. I am an ambassador of the autonomous community of Andalusia. In Greece we are about 4o Ambassadors, some of them really experienced. As a new Ambassador I feel totally welcomed. We are all in contact with each other, both on the ESEP and on social media and we have also established communication channels via social media and instant messaging. The members of our NSO are there as well. We really feel as a family and that is the best part of becoming an Ambassador: being part of an enthusiastic team that motivates you and makes you feel that you are not alone!

In Italy, the new section on the s website is active with all the regional contacts of the network of Erasmus+ School Ambassadors.

It is made up of over 260 teachers and school principals, experts in cooperation and European planning for schools, the new network (operational from this school year) has the aim of spreading the opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ and eTwinning Program at a regional level for schools, thus promoting awareness, participation and internationalization of local institutions, especially the most remote and isolated ones.

We Ambassadors are an active part of a regional training plan which includes free seminars (online and in presence) aimed at teachers and school staff. The meetings are organized by the Erasmus+ School Representatives of the Regional School Offices, in collaboration with the Erasmus+ National Agency Indire.
As ambassadors we can be contacted both directly (for advice and individual support on the Program in the conception, design and implementation of Erasmus+ or eTwinning activities) and through the USR and pedagogical Representatives (in order to be able to propose the organization of training activities in your institution or participate in the activities scheduled in the calendar of regional seminars).
We are also getting to know each other through whats up or working groups on the Drive o and we are looking for each other on the ESEP platform in order to exchange information and always be informed in real time

Greece has almost 45 eTwinning ambassadors, who desseminate the Twinning benefits. They assist teachers to participate in eTwinning projects and collaborate in seminars, webinars, workshops, face-to face events etc. Moreover, they use on-line content to keep in touch with colleagues and they collaborate with NNS and local, regional educational authorities. As regards their colleagues,students and parents, they support them at school, as they are the leaders of eTwinning idea!

The eTwinning Spanish embassy is very well organized. We are more than one hundred ambassadors belonging to different communities and/or regions. I belong to Navarra?s Embassy; we are 7 ambassadors related to all the educative levels.
At a national level, we have a group called “La casa de los embajadores” where we can apply for any help we need. We also hold national ambassador meetings yearly, where we can meet and collaborate.
Mostly all the regions also hold regional meetings once a year (at least we are starting over after the lockdown and the pandemic state) where we share projects and ideas with other teachers from the region.

In Portugal we have 10 eTwinning Ambassadors from the various regions of the country including the islands.
It is a small group that really work as a team and in close proximity to the NSO. The work is always shared by all and there is a great partnership and spirit of mutual help. Besides being in constant contact through a group created in whatsapp we have weekly meetings all together with the NSO that is always available for us.
Among the various activities developed are: "SOS etwinning" by zoom - Every Friday to help etwinners who need it; "My school in Viriato" and "Partilhas às quartas" - monthly webinars on various topics; Videos to support the application for the eTwinning School Seal and the new platform; Workshops distributed by the parents about Etwinning; Direct support and by email to eTwinners.

There are 18 etwinning ambassadors in my country. We cover all areas of education from kindergarten through primary and secondary schools. We have ambassadors among the principals and we also have etwinning ambassadors among the students. We promote eTwinning through webinars, a website, educations, publications, video instructions, with which we help teachers in their work, give them ideas, support them and share knowledge and experience. The eTwinning team of ambassadors covers the entire territory of the country and the regional representation of the ambassadors is recognized among teachers. Ambassadors work in teams, and all teams are mutually open, communicative and willing to accept and respect different attitudes and ideas. As ambassadors, we are the bearers of change in our schools, and thus in the education system of the entire country.

During the Festival of Europe in Florence, the first coordination meeting of the new network of Erasmus+ School Ambassadors held on 10 and 11 May, were present more than 250 teachers coming from all Italian regions. They were welcomed by the Coordinator of the Erasmus+ National Agency INDIRE, Sara Pagliai, and by the staff of the Agency which supports Italian schools in order to seize all the opportunities of the Programme for school education.

The new network – which represents an evolution of the experience carried out by the Ambassadors of the eTwinning community, active since 2009 – is made up of teachers, school leaders and school staff with the aim of spreading awareness of the opportunities offered by the Programme at a regional level Erasmus+ and eTwinning and promote the internationalisation of schools in the Italian territory.
I am honored and proud to be part of this network which is giving me the opportunity to grow, improve and learn a lot.

In France, There are 159 ambassadors. Our NSO email us to communicate and we can interact to each other in this email thread. A virtual meeting took place at the beginning of the schoolyear. As a new ambassador, I felt I was taking part of a team. It was possible to exchange. At the end of the year, the national ambassadors'conference will take place, an excellent opportunity to discuss and get inspired. Each region of France has its own network of ambassadors. In my region, we are 6, covering all school levels from kindergarten to high school. Our local school board adviser is avaidable to help and advise us.

We are 20 eTwinning ambassadors in Tunisia, and we are all already friends and teachers from different disciplines and some of us are working on eTwinning projects together, our NSO makes us two face-to-face meetings in a hotel where we meet, we collaborate, we do training, we discuss and we prepare together an action plan to promote together eTwinning in the schools of Tunisia, it is too motivating the group work that we do in the community of eTwinning in Tunisia, we also have a Messenger group for all the Tunisian ambassadors where we help each other and to communicate easily, really we are like a big family where our goal is everyone to do good for education in Tunisia.

We are 20 ambassadors in Tunisia .I met other ambassadors with our NSO team 2 times this school year at eTwinning annual conference , This was helpful for me as newcomer to network with other ambassadors and share ideas and experiences related to the eTwinning program.

I collaborate with other ambassadors in eTwinning projects… to create eTwinning resources, such as lesson plans, project ideas, and online tutorials for our online training ,workshops. These resources was shared with other educators to help them to integrate eTwinning into their teaching.

I worked too with other ambassadors to promote eTwinning on social media platforms, such as facebook public group “Les etwinneurs :there are 5540 members from over all Tunisia” ..we share all our student's activities there to inspire, raise awareness of the eTwinning program and attract more teachers and educators to the platform.

I planned to work together with other ambassadors to organize eTwinning workshops in our region or city. These workshops will be designed to help teachers and educators to learn about the eTwinning program and how to use it effectively in their classrooms.

In Portugal we are 10 ambassadors. It has been a privilege to be part of this wonderful team and we learn a lot working closely with the NSO. In the work we do, we put the values of eTwinning into practice among ourselves – support, collaboration, motivation, sharing, guidance – and we also have fun doing it.
We are always in touch (WhatsApp) and have weekly meetings (ambassadors and NSO) to organize and distribute tasks.
With ESEP and in an attempt to support teachers in overcoming issues related to switching platforms, the “SOS ESEP eTwinning” was created – Every Friday afternoon we support teachers through meetings on Zoom. Whenever we deem it necessary, we hold webinars to clarify or guide Portuguese eTwinners in overcoming difficulties related to procedures at ESEP, such as applying for an eTwinning School Label.
Soon we will start face-to-face Regional Meetings to spread eTwinning and promote good practices.

In our Autonomous Community we have a group of Ambassadors (not only a Telegram group) really close that work together and help us improve our skills as Ambassadors.
Sometimes we participate in national and international learning events, or in meetings of eTwinning schools, or some meetongs organized by our NSS (Natrional Support Service) always taking care of us.

There are approximately 250 eTwinning Ambassadors in Italy, all of us were selected in the past year, 2022. In Sicily, we total 36 Ambassadors. In my province, we have 8 Ambassadors. In fact, we maintain a strong collaborative relationship, as we all gather once a year at a meeting with the national Erasmus+ Indire agency representatives. However, Ambassadors work together to organize training programs aimed at the entire Sicilian region under the coordination of the regional school office. In the past year, we all conducted training and dissemination seminars on eTwinning and Erasmus+ projects. The most recent ones were held at the Didacta fair in Catania, which took place from October 12 to 14 and was attended by around 10,000 teachers. The Ambassadors from the Catania province led multiple workshops during the event. The attached photo is from one of my workshops, attended by 40 teachers from the Catania province.

In Poland we have a lot of eTwinning ambassadors. In My region of Lower Silesia there are 5 of us. We all know each other and often cooperate during regional or national events. as an ambassador I have run 4 online seminars: My first eTwinning project with an Ambassador' taking care of new eTwinniners and helping them create and work on a great eTwinning project. I also share my experience during regional Conferences - in Wrocław and in Opole.

All Polish ambassadors meet once a year and disccuss on the ambassadors needs and ambitions. We have Fb group and a group on ESEP eTwinning platform as well.

There are 84 ambassadors in Turkey. We all know each other and have direct contact through an instant messaging app. When we are stuck in something we ask each other. We organize collaborative virtual trainings for the teachers in our cities. I contact ambassadors from other countries quite often. I ask them for help in spreading some announcements about eTwinning events.

Hi, I am an old eTwinning Erasmus+ Ambassador in Italy.

In my region, Friuli Venezia Giulia, there are only 3 of us, but we work well together.

Thanks to the European program I was able to develop knowledge and skills useful for innovating teaching with the class and getting bored at school a little less.

I also discovered that technologies can be fun, for example for working with images and preparing video tutorials and quizzes for students.

Regarding collaboration with partners, however, it seems to me that it has, unfortunately, gotten much worse over time.

In the past, colleagues were much more reliable than what happens today.

What a pity!

At a national level we also all know each other and have become like a big family.

Working in a team? Of course it is possible, for example in the case of conferences and events, where collaboration is necessary

I've been an eTwinner for 14 years and I have to admit it is adicting. Being an ambassador gives me a chance to help other teachers and students more, to share what I know, my failures, challenges and solutions. I do that via events (online or face-to-face), collabs with our NSO or sometimes with the CSS. All Romanian ambassadors are part of a whatsapp group so we know each other, we follow each other on social media, we help each other if we can and we sometimes organise events together as well. Since 2022 I am one of the 15 ambassadors of my region, Campania, while all over Italy we are about 260 ambassadors who meet nearly once a year in order to be trained and updated. Then thanks to the coordination of the USR Campania we ambassadors cover the requests of schools of all five provinces of Campania. Every year a plan of activities is drawn up thanks to which we hold seminars in presence and online to which we invite all the schools in the area. At the same time, we offer personalized training sessions to all schools that request them all year round. Moreover, thanks to a timed helpdesk held by the various ambassadors, we try to be at the side of teachers and schools, providing wide-ranging support.

Belgium is a complicated country ...

There are 3 different NSO's: one for the French speaking part, one for the Flemish part and a last one for the German speaking part.

Every year they organize a special meeting for everyone. This is a must as we can meet our colleagues and future project partners.

I am one of the 22 ambassadors currently in Serbia, as of this year. So far, we've had one in-person meeting to get acquainted and exchange ideas and experiences. As 83 ambassadors in Turkey, we all transfer what we have learned to our teachers in the field, under the coordination of our eTwinning Türkiye National Support Service. There really is a very hard-working group of teachers in Turkey and working with them, supporting them and learning from them is invaluable for us.

It is very important to contribute to the professional development of teachers and encourage them to do eTwinning projects. While carrying out these projects with their students, both they and their students gain new skills, meet different cultures and experience the power of working collaboratively. In this process, we, as ambassadors, guide teachers, support them and do our best to be successful together.

In Portugal, we have 10 ambassadors and 2 NSO representatives. Our team is very active in the world of etwinners. We are divided into days of the week and each day there is always someone to support our etwinners. We also have a weekly meeting every Friday where we align our work and define strategies for our etwinners. We also have a monthly meeting with the mentors from each of the etwinning schools, and we have an online support session called SOS, among other things. We have planned several webinars to held in order to share the examples of good practice with other colleagues in Serbia, we share contacts, project ideas, suggest partner schools and useful web tools, encourage student exchanges, scholarships and collaborative academic research between Serbia and other countries. As ambassadors in Serbia, there are many opportunities to work together on various initiatives that can strengthen diplomatic, economic, cultural, and humanitarian ties.

I'm Ambassador for my region Puglia, south Italy. We are a group of 21 ambassadors and we are active in our area. Every year our NSA support our activities as Ambassadors with a National Coordination meeting, where we can share our best practices and take part in training session to learn and improve new strategies to communicate our erasmus and eTwinning projects and to involve many more teachers in our local area.

There are, I think, 90 eTwinning ambassadors in Romania. Contacting ambassadors through the eTwinning platform is efficient, but there are also other ways of collaboration, such as participating in national and regional events, organizing webinars and training sessions, as well as getting involved in projects and exchanges of good practices. I am from Mureș County, Romania. In my county, there are 2 ambassadors. However, I collaborate very well with ambassadors from other counties but also with ambassadors from Poland, Turkey, Bulgaria, etc. After reviewing the profiles of two experienced eTwinning ambassadors – DG and CM – I contacted them and expressed my desire to collaborate on a joint initiative. I explored the Padlet to discover other eTwinning Ambassadors in my country and chose to contact two colleagues with experience in STEAM and social inclusion projects – areas that I am also interested in. I sent them a message to learn more about their methods for engaging students.

This is not the only way to get in touch with other Ambassadors. We can also use the eTwinning Live platform, email, national groups, or face-to-face meetings.

As Ambassadors, we can organize regional workshops, support beginner teachers, promote eTwinning in less active schools, or collaborate on guides and educational resources.

Slovak eTwinning Ambassadors form a network of experienced and motivated teachers who actively cooperate and spread the idea of eTwinning throughout Slovakia throughout the year. As part of this community for two decades, we know how important our mutual cooperation is and we know each other as family members with backgrounds

Our cooperation takes place on a daily basis mainly through internal communication channels and the platform of the National Support Organization eTwinning Slovakia (a branch of the University of Žilina in Žilina), which coordinates our work. We regularly exchange experiences, best practices and examples of good practice. Together we prepare and conduct free online webinars (e.g. via Webex), organize face-to-face regional and international trainings and workshops and contribute to the creation of inspirational materials and publications published on the portal www.etwinning.sk. In my country, we started our eTwinning journey in 2024. This year, five ambassadors have been selected, and we have already met each other through online meetings and one physical meeting. I collaborated with ambassadors from two other cities in our county (Aiud and Cugir) by participating in the webinars they organize. In Palestine, three teachers from different governorates were appointed as eTwinning Ambassadors. Although we work in different areas, we know each other well through a private ambassadors’ group, which allows us to stay connected, exchange ideas, and support one another.

I am also collaborating directly with one of them in the same eTwinning project, where we regularly share experiences, digital tools, teaching strategies, and project ideas. This cooperation has helped us improve the quality of our work and grow professionally.

In Austria, we are currently a group of ten eTwinning Ambassadors. As I have only been part of the network since October, I am still getting to know the others personally.

For this task, I searched for ambassadors in Austria who are not yet in my eTwinning Live contacts and explored their profiles and project experience. I contacted two of them because I was particularly interested in how they integrate eTwinning into school development and how they combine it with Erasmus+ activities. I found the diversity of their projects and their approaches to involving colleagues especially inspiring.

However, the eTwinning platform is not the only way to connect. In Austria, we meet several times a year online and in person. Our next meeting will take place in February, and I am looking forward to expanding my network there.

We can also collaborate through joint projects, training sessions, webinars and informal exchanges.

As ambassadors in Austria, we can co-organise workshops, share best practices, support new teachers and strengthen the link between Erasmus+ and eTwinning. By working closely together, we can make the eTwinning community in Austria more visible, connected and sustainable.

In Palestine, there are three eTwinning Ambassadors. We participated together in a conference in Jordan and maintain continuous communication through a dedicated WhatsApp group. We also stay in touch regarding various activities and initiatives.
As eTwinning Ambassadors in Palestine, we can collaborate in several ways. In Spain we are a lots of amabassadors. Every region has at least one or two ambassadors, and we usually meet live once a year. Besides, we have an ambassadors eTwinning group where we communicate and share information among us. We are very active and from our eTwinning group we have a challenge every month and mosr of us are very active fulfilling the challenges set. Moreover, we also have a Telegram channel where ambassadors and non ambassadors share information and useful tools for our projects as well as a whatsapp group, this one only for ambassadors, for a fast and efficient communication. We use this group daily to share news, or to help each other with ideas or troubleshooting with the new platform. I think our NA is doing a great job because they take great care of us making sure we are all in touch and we can rely on each other everytime we need it.

There are also opportunities to meet during national eTwinning conferences, professional development events and award ceremonies where successful projects are presented and celebrated. In my region (Andalucia), there are 19 eTwinning Ambassadors.

We all are connected thanks to different vias:

Once a year, we can meet live thanks to our NA National meeting, where we learn from each other and share good practices.

In my region, Andalucía, we also meet once a year or every two years.

I like working with other ambassadors from other countries, such as Romania, Italy, Greece... because they are good experienced and I feel I can learn so much from them. I think it is important to meet them live in the different eTwinning Events because we can find new collaborators and we can learn a lot one from the others.

There are 142 ambassadors in Spain, and in Catalonia we are 13. As eTwinning ambassadors we collaborate with many other ambassadors, participating together in eTwinning projects, in eTwinning groups, in international events, in national events (as the one in the photo in Valencia) or in some tasks as writing articles. In this moment I am participating in two etwinning projects and in both there are eTwinning ambassadors involved, and also new eTwinners. eTwinning Ambassadors in Spain can be contacted by locating them on a Ambassadors Map or by sending them a message through the eTwinning / European School Education Platform (ESEP).

The objectives of our eTwinning Ambassadors Network are to promote eTwinning, support and advise interested teachers, collaborate in teacher training, and participate in events organized by the Central Support Service (CSS) and National Support Agencies (SNA).

Ambassadors can also be met through webinars organized in eTwinning groups, such as eTwinning Café For example, I recently could discover an ambassador from Finland during a webinar in Spanish ambassadors group, which allowed me to learn how ambassador networks function in other countries.
