A full body workout is a great way to target all major muscle groups in one session, promoting strength, endurance, and overall fitness. It has exercises that work the upper body, core, and lower body, providing a balanced approach to fitness. For the upper body, classic exercises like push ups and the Superman exercise are ideal for building strength in the chest, arms, and back. The core can be engaged with effective movements like the plank and leg raises, which help enhance stability and abdominal strength. For the lower body, squats and lunges are excellent choices, strengthening the legs and glutes while improving balance and flexibility.
