This meeting focused on the development of the story and how it gains more and more suspense as the story goes on. The addition of the Clutter murders case makes me want to learn more about what ends up happening. 

2. We talked about how we interpreted the different characters and what they mean to the story. New characters like Perry Smith were discussed and we tried to interpret what we thought his character would develop into. 

3. -This class we all finished the book and we talked about how we liked about the book.
-Things that we liked about the book as the mystery and how we didn’t know who the killers were, we also the relationship that Truman portrayed between the killers and the people in the town.
-finally we also liked the graph violence in the book and the fact that Truman wasn’t afraid to say the things he wanted to with the detailing the murders of the clutter family.

This was the final meeting and in this meeting we talked about the effect the book had on us and what we really like about it. The difference in character and how each character  developed was a main aspect of the book that we all enjoys. 

2. The book was very insightful and we all decided collectively that we could confidently recommend the book to others and they would enjoy it as much as we did. We also enjoyed the ending of the book which was a satisfying culmination to everything that occurred throughout the story. 

3. The most intriguing fact however about the book is the truth that is apparent in the story and how the entire book is based on true events. The meeting was very productive and we all talked about how the book starts and the characters involved in the story. Different characters were portrayed differently and we saw the gold miners talking about using Mr. Clutters’ land. 

2. The setting of the story takes place in Kansas and the farm land is Mr. Clutters which has lots of land and can be used for different things. Ryan drew a picture of the house that the Clutters live in and it shows the different positives that the house gives to owners and to on comers. 

3. As a group we also talked about the developing plot at the beginning of the story and how it might turn into the story we all expect it to be. Book clubs in the past have been successful for me and proved to help me stay accountable and focused on reading. I think all the extra’s such as filling out Padlet makes the book less enjoyable.
