  • Porque el apoyo socioafectivo es la base del aprendizaje. Cuando los estudiantes sienten respeto, confianza y acompañamiento: participan más, se atreven a preguntar, enfrentan mejor el error y logran mejores aprendizajes. Esto fortalece el clima escolar y les da credibilidad a las prácticas docentes. 

  • Los datos que entrega Enfoque Docente permiten ver qué hacen bien los docentes, identificar los aspectos que se deben mejorar, focalizar acciones del PME en las necesidades reales del establecimiento y alinear la formación y acompañamiento docente con prácticas concretas. 

  • Agregaríamos datos como: características del estudiantado, condiciones laborales del docente, clima escolar actual y las problemáticas del territorio que influyen en el aprendizaje. Esta información ayuda a tomar decisiones realistas y ajustadas al contexto.
