Aztecs didn't want to be or build like Romans so they would build a different way. Causeways were built so people would travel from one place to another so it could be easier since there was swamps and wet areas in their town. Maquahuitl was like a sword but made by oak wood and obsidian. Spears were really sharp and was a blade foot wide it was also used to shave. Some natural resources were andesite ( volcanic rock) and obsidian ( strong and brittle volcanic glass). Aztec warriors were still using super- sharp obsidian blades as weapons. The Aztecs didn't just use andesite and obsidian. They made some fashioned beautiful objects such as fine are plugs, vessels and highly polish obsidian mirror, Aztecs also used wood to make a wooden digging stick.
