The perfect place for this is our wellness area, consisting of a swimming pool with massages and floating benches. 

The pool is also used for workouts, as is our high-tech fitness room. On Mars, you need to work out for about two hours a day to maintain your fitness level. 

The gym includes treadmills, treadweals and weights of every kind. At the beginning of your trip, our professional gym instructor will introduce you to the specialized equipment and every Sunday the entire team works out as a group.

Part of our wellness program is also our professional psychologist. When dealing with homesickness or general anxiety, we are there for you! It is also part of our program for the beginning of your trip.

Otherwise, our hotel has a cafeteria where dishes from our Martian kitchen. In this our well-known chef cooks with a mixture of regional fruits and vegetables and imported foods from Earth. 

The hotel rooms are small, but cozy and have a beautiful view.

But even after recovering from the trip there could be still difficulties with your body.

The greenhouse also functions as a place to comfort you. When struck by homesickness the greenhouse is a great place to go to. In there it feels like you are back on earth because the plants growing there only grow under earth-like conditions, so it’s as if you are standing in a garden on earth.
