1. Economic market became most commonly associated with Globalization in the 80s and 90s

2. Opponents believe that globalization will make the given country economy overgo other countries and they believe that a ‘globalised market’ and globalization itself is a tool for controlling and manipulating poorer nations.

3. (1) Globalization is the best way to get rid of poverty in developing countries (2) foreign direct investment (FDI) will help developing countries build their economies (3) it gives developing countries the opportunity to develop their economies by buying and selling goods without restrictions

4. It is not easy to define, (1) the issue of "globalization" will always be debated by supporters and opponents, for or against, who hold their own opinions that are difficult to unify (2) ‘Globalization’ can mean a lot of things, depending on the context in which the word is presented and the rationale behind.

1. It is, perhaps, understandable that the Collins dictionary emphasizes the financial aspect of Globalization. It was during the 80s and 90s that a “globalised” financial market became desirable with businesses believing that a truly integrated financial market could have an impact beyond the economic upon the world.
2. The article points out that anti-globalizers come from a wide range of backgrounds, such as: environmental activists, liberals, who see globalization as a tool of Western control, and which may be a new type of resource grabbing
3. The proponents say globalization represents free trade which promotes global economic growth; creates jobs, makes companies more competitive, and lowers prices for consumers
4. According to the Collins online dictionary, internationalization is the process of enabling financial and investment markets to operate internationally, thanks largely to deregulation and improved communications. Similarly, according to the Webster dictionary, globalization is development on a global or worldwide scale. As a result, it is evident that neither definition adequately describes the complicated phrase Globalization. so it hard to defined globalization.

1. What became most commonly associated with Globalization in the 80s and 90s?

It was during the 80s and 90s that a globalised financial market became desirable with businesses believing that a truly integrated financial market could have an impact beyond the economic upon the world.

2. According to the article, what do anti-globalizers feel is wrong with Globalization?

Examples of the control exercised by developed nations are numerous and include the poorly paid sweatshop workers (for example the global brand Nike was shown to have been abusing foreign workers in sweatshops for years after a series of damning revelations came to light in 1997), farmers in developing nations being coerced into using Genetically Modified (GM) seed, the forced sale of poorly performing state-owned industry in exchange for loans from global institutions such as the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and, most notably, the rapid spread of American and European culture in the form of music, movies, foods and shops.
3. It is the best way to help developing countries get out of poverty. The continued development of free trade and free markets will give developing countries the opportunity to develop their economies through the unrestricted buying and selling of goods.

4. It is difficult to define; (1) the topic of "globalisation" will constantly be disputed by proponents and opponents, for and against, who have differing viewpoints that are difficult to reconcile. (2) Depending on the context in which the term is used and the rationale behind it, the term "globalisation" can indicate a variety of things.

1.The rate of globalization has increased in recent years, a result of rapid advancements in communication and transportation. Improved fiscal policies within countries and international trade agreements between them also facilitate globalization. Political and economic stability facilitate globalization as well.
2.Skeptics argue that the side effects of globalization on society far outweigh its positive effects. The world system theory has been criticized for focusing too much on the economy and core countries and forgetting about culture and even class struggle. Peripheral and third world countries are unable to export resources as much as core and first world countries.
3.First of all, the emergence of any kind of concept may lead to changes in human life in the future. Second, the development of globalization may cause changes in future life. Globalization itself is an inevitable thing. It drives the overall global economy. Therefore, under the coordination of the economy, the future life of human beings will inevitably change
4 I agree with the skeptics that the current economy is moving toward global capitalism. Multinationals are still tied to their home countries, and national borders matter as much as ever.

1.Globalization has created more opportunities for companies from less industrialized countries to enter more and larger markets in the world. Easier access to capital flows, technology, human capital, cheaper imports and larger export markets. Shifts in production and labor markets, rapid technological advances and climate change
2. No, the Skeptics don’t believe that the current economy is leading towards global capitalism. For example, the third world countries are not being integrated into the global economy with the same benefits as first world countries. Transnational Corporations are still tied to their home country and national borders are as important as ever.
3.Transformationalist perspective which doesn't have either a specific cause or a specific outcome. Because they believe that National Governments are changing, perhaps becoming less important, but it is difficult to describe the change so simply. They state that there are many factors that influence the change of the world patterns, but that the outcomes of these changes is just not known.
4. I am with the revolutionists because globalization is a complex phenomenon that creates interdependence and coexistence among nations, which cannot be accomplished by a single country.

1. (1) international trade has influenced by globalization, so that affects the global economy (2) Globalization is also a social process make people become more and more aware of other cultures and peoples(3) Promote the exchange of technology, so that the progress of technology
2.According to the skeptics, they believe that today's international processes are being regionalized rather than globalized, and that Third World countries are not integrated into the global economy and are marginalized.
3.No, They argue that while there are many factors influencing changes in the world landscape, it is difficult to describe the change so simply. the outcomes of these changes are unknown
4.I agree more with the modernization theory because all countries follow a similar path of development from a traditional to a modern society. It assumes that with some help traditional countries can develop into modern countries in the same way that today's modern countries developed in the first place.

1. Globalization connects the country together through the economy
2. Skeptics think that today's international processes are regionally based rather than globalized, and that Third World nations are marginalized instead of accepted in the market.
3. Transformationalists argue that the flow of culture is not one way, from the west to the developing world; it is a two-way exchange in which Western culture is also influenced, changed and enriched by cultures in the developing world.
4. An explanation or statement that is plausible seems likely to be true or valid. For example, someone saying they are late because of an accident on the highway
