         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Sleep </strong>is a basic requirement for everybody, hours depend on the age. Fatigue and sleepiness can be reduce and prevents motor vehicle or industrial accident. Also is good to fight off infection and perform well in school.<br><br><strong>Eating </strong>a healthy is about feeling great, having more energy, improving your health, and boosting your mood. <br><br><strong>Exercise </strong>can reduce your risk of major illnesses, such as coronary heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes and cancer. It can also improve your memory and brain functions. <br><br><strong>Stress </strong>affects all systems of the body. Our bodies are well equipped to handle stress in small doses, but when that stress becomes long-term or chronic, it can have serious effects on our body.<br><br>(<strong>Avoid</strong>) <strong>Drugs </strong>can cause changes in the brain. They can hurt your decision making, memory, and ability to learn. Being under the influence of any drug can make you lie, steal, or do dangerous things, like driving while high.<br><br><strong>Weight Control </strong>reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety. it's about an ongoing lifestyle that includes healthy eating patterns and regular physical activity.<br><br><strong>Saving sex for marriage</strong>&nbsp; allows you to give it to a person who isn't just saying he loves you to get what he wants, but has proven it by making a lifelong commitment. Also reduces guilt and stress and the concerns about pregnancy and disease.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Sleep </strong>problems can both contribute to or exacerbate mental health conditions and can be a symptom of their mental health condition. Sleep helps your brain function properly.<br><br><strong>Eating </strong>disorders such as anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and binge eating disorder are known as the deadliest mental health disorders. <br><br><strong>Exercise </strong>improves mental health by reducing anxiety, depression, and negative mood and by improving self-esteem and cognitive function.<br><br><strong>Stress </strong>increases the risk of mental health problems such as anxiety and depression, substances, use problems, sleep problems, pain and bodily complaints such as muscle tension.<br><br><strong>(Avoid) Drugs</strong> are used to treat some mental health problems. Psychotropicsis are a broad category of drugs that treat many different conditions. Antidepressants, mood stabilizers and stimulants are some legal psychotropic medications that can cause very serious side effects and have special monitoring requirements.<br><br><strong>Weight Control</strong> can help overweight and obese people with serious mental illnesses, such as bipolar disorder and major depression. The major aspect of weight control involves understanding and managing thoughts and behaviors that can interfere with weight loss.<br><br><strong>Saving sex for marriage</strong> for some people abstaining from sex is important for good mental health. People may abstain from sex for many reasons, for example, because they have a low sex drive, are asexual, or simply choose not to engage it.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Sleep</strong> is important for your mood and emotional health. Sleeping less that 7 hours nightly increases your risk of depression and other mood disorder.<br><br><strong>Eating</strong> in response to positive or negative emotions rather that physical hunger. Using food to make yourself feel better to fill emotional needs. Unfortunately, emotional eating doesn't fix emotional problems.<br><br><strong>Exercise </strong>that you enjoy will do. Exercise works as a good partner for people who are on medication. Exercise also works well for people who have mild or moderate depression and don't need to be on medication.<br><br><strong>Stress </strong>is a normal reaction to the pressures of everyday life. Worry, fear, anger sadness, and other emotions are also all normal emotional responses. They are all part of life. However, if the stress that underlies these emotions interferes with your ability to do the things you want or need to do.<br><br>(<strong>Avoid</strong>) Drugs affect a part of the brain known as limbic system. This is the area responsible for processing our emotions. Drug-related changes to this area can contribute to depressed mood, mood swings, emotional outbursts, and persistent irritability.<br><br>(<strong>Weight Control</strong>)When you reach your ideal healthy <strong>weight</strong>, and even as you start working toward it, you'll notice a change in your attitude that seems to correlate with you shrinking waistline. This chain reaction makes you feel better body, min, and spirit, an it shows. Weight loss journey makes you walk a little faster, smile more, and feel a huge increase in you confidence.<br><br>(<strong>Save sex for marriage</strong>) A new study shows that couples who wait until marriage are happier with the quality of sex. Wha'ts more, couples who delay sex until their wedding night have more stable an happier marriages.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

Also people who eat socially are ore likely to feel better themselves.<br><br><strong>Exercise</strong> by joining a new team sport or group session is an excellent way of meeting new people, or grow your current circle of friends.<br><br>Having <strong>stress </strong>can end up having difficulty negotiating smooth interpersonal relationships with spouses, children, friends, and co-workers, and end up becoming more isolated, frustrated and stressed than when they started.<br><br>(<strong>Avoid</strong>) Drugs abuse affect not only individuals who abuse drugs but also their families and friends, various businesses, and government resources.<br><br>Losing <strong>weight </strong>to stabilize your physical health comes with the added benefit of alleviating conscious and unconscious bias in the workplace and social circles. When you reach your ideal healthy weight and even as you start working toward it, you'll notice a change in your attitude that seems to correlate with your shrinking waistline.<br><br>(<strong>Save sex for marriage</strong>) Some benefits are that relationship stability are most high.
