I use google form to create a Course evaluation sheet. My intended audience with using my Google Forms is the student who finishes my class.
I create this google form to try to gain my students opinion of my class. I want to know how do they think about my class and what do they learn from my class. I use google form to try to let my students evaluate my teaching skill without show their name.
I will give this sheet in the ending of the semester, so I can find my advantages and disadvantages in my class and know how do students think about my class. I can find out the most useful part of my class. I also can find out where do I need to improve for my next class. I can estimate my teaching skills by getting feedback from my students. I also can use this form to show others how my students' think about my class.

UDL/AT Infographic
The tool I chose to use is Quizlet. I chose this site because this site help people both in word and speaker. the UDL principle for quizlet is both Multiple Means of Representation and Multiple Means of Action. the tool I use to creat mt infographic is Venngage.
