We use quizizz all the time. It is great for showing data and what percentage of the class gets certain questions correct/incorrect. The only issue is that it has become more limited recently, requiring you to join with a paid subscription to access features that were once free.

This looks like a helpful tech tool - there are options for a quiz, a space race, an exit ticket, or a quick question. You do need to purchase the pro version to import class lists, etc.

We have used this in workshops. It is a fun way to stay engaged. I see its use as a checkpoint for the previous lesson and then be able to tailor the lesson accordingly. Or exit ticket.

I use Pear Deck often. It is a great tool for engagement and checking understanding. You can also create a variety of question types. The kids love the drawing tool.

I recently started using EdPuzzle to give students a preview of the next upcoming lesson after an assessment. There are so many videos to choose from so you don't need to make you own which is a huge timesaver. There are also check-in questions that students complete throughout the video which provides you with so much data before teaching the lesson.

I've never used this site, but a quick scan of the site makes me think it would be a good way to create and grade a quiz/test. I think there is a bank of questions available, but I can't figure it out just yet. The bank would be helpful for a fast formative assessment.

This looks like a great option to share quick thoughts-I like it as a means to get the students to share a "trait" for a character and view others' thoughts in a quick way. Could be good exit ticket as well.

Edpuzzle is a great way of enforcing the material already taught to engage students in the concepts that have already been taught. However, it is also a good way to introduce a topic to see what their prior learning is! I like how questions are asked throughout the video to ensure students are staying on task.

I use Quizizz all of the time in my classroom. I use it mostly to review for a quiz or test. I allow students to complete the assignment as many times as they would like to achieve their desired score. I inform them of the questions they got wrong so they can go back and check them. They can ask for help as well.

Quizlet is an amazing study tool for students, particular for vocabulary. The flashcards and quizzes are a great way to keep students organized and teach the study skills. Having they download the app on their phone for quick practice at home or in the car is also very helpful.

I love that Formative will allow the teacher to enhance a reading passage with questions. As well as present slides with built-in questions as they go. Will definitely try this year!

Flash cards for everything! Find pre made sets of flashcards for different topics. You can make quizzes or provide practice through matching games. You can also play a live quiz game with Quizlet Live, which students love. You can also create your own sets of cards, where you can create your own cards or borrow cards from pre made sets. It's a great study too, especially when there are large amounts of information to review.
