Dear family, Eli Cohen was such a brave person with an incredible mind and of course incredible personality. He pretended to be Syrian in an enemy country , so we could live in peace and it shows how much he cared about his family, people (Israelis) and of course his homeland Israel. He succeeded to send us every information we needed to protect Israel and us. No one could have done this better than him, in fact no one could have done it at all! The first time that I heard about Eli Cohen I did not really understand the story and what happened there. Today in English class the teacher explined us what really happened there. When I listen to the story I thought ahd still think that he was a very brave man and he saved many pepole .
It's very scary to leave everyting and go to another country alone. Pepole thinks that there are heroes only in legends. Well I think that's not really true. Eli Cohen is a real hero because he saved so many lives.

Dear family,
We heard a lot about Eli Cohen's stories but the first time we heard the full story was in a English lesson,
It took us a long time to understand what kind of person he was until we realized that he was a brave hero, smart, sophisticated and knew how to act in any situation.
We think his mission was successful because he eventually managed to get what he wanted.
The fact that he had the courage to enter Syria and act there as a spy is amazing and thanks to his courage he saved our country.
Following his journey many people continued on his path and took great inspiration from him.
