Caldaroni is the daughter of Cesare and Clementina Caldaroni. She is sister to an elder Cesare Caldaroni. Before attending Gannon University, she attended Saint Paul Catholic High School, where she discovered her passion in the field of psychology. Not only did Caldaroni aim to study psychology throughout her time at the university, she also had a passion for soccer. Following her passions, Caldaroni worked hard in order to receive a soccer scholarship and the opportunity to play during her time at the University. It was not until her senior year in high school that Caldaroni was given her well-earned scholarship to Gannon University. She then used this degree to return back to Canada and attend McMaster University to obtain her PhD in Clinical Psychology. With the love and support from her family and her hard work ethic, Caldaroni was able to graduate top of her class. Caldaroni's love for her family's culture and background has influenced her decision to hang up her cleats and postpone her dreams of opening up her own practice to take a year off and travel through Europe, eager to see where her family came from. Caldaroni believes that traveling is the best education and where the greatest memories are created. Understanding the world's diversity and rich history adds a bit of interest to a person's life. 

      During Caldaroni's time in Forsinone, Italy, hometown of her father, she met her husband Nicola Federico who was visiting his family in the same town for the month. After exchanging contact information with Nicola it was not until when Caldaroni came home a few months later did the couple rekindle. Once that happened, they were engaged a year later. During this time, Caldaroni had the chance to play for the Women's Canadian National Soccer Team, but she knew that it was time to start her career and plan for a future with kids. Currently, the Federico's are mother and father of three beautiful children. The couple take pride in their family and they work together to ensure their children live a healthy and educational life style. Almost every summer the Federico family travel to different countries deep with culture for two weeks. She opened her practice as Mental Health and Wellness in her hometown and quickly gained recognition. Caldaroni enjoyed going into work everyday. The company's success was due to her commitment and passion for her practice. Caldaroni felt that if she did not go into her practice with an open mind and positive attitude, she would be no help for her clients. Mental Health and Wellness does not only offer counselling but also provides other ways to improve your mental health such as aroma therapy, acupuncture and meditation. Caldaroni believed by having all kinds of ways to improve someone's mental health provided everyone with the chance to get better instead of sticking to the old-fashion ways. Recently, the couple has decided to move onto the next chapter of their lives. Caldaroni and her husband moved to Forsinone to be close to family and learn more about their families history. Caldaroni still sometimes volunteers at the local hospital to counsel those dealing with stressful events. Caldaroni's zest for life has lead her to live a life filled with education and great memories with friends and family.
