Taste -A little salty and milky. 
Texture- A thick and creamy texture
Appearance- There is a generous amount of mushroom and a heavy creamy soup
Strength-The mushroom was thinly sliced so there was more flavour in the soup
 Weakness-There were still some small chunks of flour and butter inside the soup
Area for improvement- More water could be added into the soup at the earlier stage of cooking the soup
