This is a really big topic, so I might need to narrow it down. I was inspired by the people in our class and their passion for LGBTQ+ rights, and I know that fascism is wed to patriarchy and a myth of a world "when men were men." So I might work to educate myself and others about fascism and its connection to patriarchy so we can speak out against it.

Employment discrimination, along with discrimination in housing and health care, is very common in the LGBTQ community. There have been many cases when people of the LGBTQ+ community have been attacked in public. For instance, a lesbian couple was riding on the bus in London and they got attacked by three men. We need to normalize and accept LGBTQ+ relationships so the community can be safe.
