It's a movie that deals with important issues, but portrays them with a certain black humor and that made it more comfortable to watch. The role of women at that time was. They were the ones in charge of doing the housework like ironing, cooking, serving their husbands and children. Therefore they had to keep a low profile without the right to vote or give their opinion.

How is the woman perceived? (By relatives, friends, society, politics)

On the part of the family, the woman is expected to be a perfect housewife. Some friends are more understanding, but still have the prejudices they grew up with. In society and politics men minimize the rights of women, seeing themselves as superior and worth more than them.  Although in the film you can see that some women ignore their rights and they not care about the fight of women that if they seek to fight for their rights.

What is your opinion about it?

I think both films show important aspects in the struggle that women have had over the years, to get their rights and to be treated equally and not below men. There is still a lot to change but I believe that women are so stronger every day and are capable of anything.

How do you feel when analyzing the movies? Why?

Analyzing these films, I feel happy that there are strong women who have gone through difficult things, but who know how to get up and fight for their dreams. I think both movies are a great representation of the woman and the path they've walked.

What was the most uncomfortable event or situation for you? Why?

The most uncomfortable situation to see, I think was when they showed acts of violence against women. Because I as a woman feel that being hypothetically in that situation, any act of violence or harassment is very strong, worrying and generates a certain feeling of fear.

What stories were meaningful for the members you spoke to?

The stories about their childhood and their friendships because in some cases today they still have that friendship. Also the relationship they have with their mothers that was based on respect and loyalty,  And street harassment towards women.

What stories were meaningful for you and why?

The stories about how they enjoyed their childhood in their days playing with their friends and neighbors.  I found them very significant because I believe that many children today do not take advantage of their childhood,  as they should and prefer to spend their time playing video games or on social networks.

What conclusions can you make from the members' stories?

The conclusion I came to after hearing these stories is that. The women in my family since they were little,  were raised in a healthy,  respectful environment and with values without abuse.  And today they try to instill those same values in their own families.

What struggles did you identify in their stories?

In my aunt's case, sometimes her father could be hard on her without measuring his words.  But on the other hand sometimes it was to correct her when she did something wrong.

How do/did the members cope with those difficulties (if any)?

Talking about this with her mom or prefers to keep her feelings to herself in silence

Do you consider their stories resemble your own personal experience? why?

I feel that their stories are very similar to my own experience with my family.  Because my mom has always been very good to you and she has taught me principles and values and she is also a confidant for me,  but above all she has always done everything possible to give me everything I need,  As for my own struggles sometimes I also have some misunderstandings with my dad,  but we always resolve them by talking.
