Democracy Matters - Phase 2

The Scottish Government's Democracy Matters consultation explores how communities can be more involved in decision making. The first phase of consultations highlighted people’s desire for greater control over what happens in the places they know best. I’m sure this is unsurprising to everyone in this network!

The second phase of the consultation is asking people to continue this conversation more specifically to discuss and reflect on options for governance arrangements that could meet the needs and aspirations of communities.

You can respond as an individual, an organisation, or you can hold a conversation and respond as a community.
