They was a bit worried, but not that scared because they didn't really understand what was happening until they got home, and their mom told them that their dad was fine. They remember some big hurricanes like Katrina, which didn't affect them. Anthrax scare, which made them a little wary of envelopes. The financial recession around 2008 affected their family. Their dad was good at making calculated risks and hedging bets, but They think he does regret losing a fair bit of money in the crash.
