-Come up with strong arguments/concepts/ideas due to diverse team backgrounds and perspectives

-Arguments are well rounded and well thought out because we always have a devils advocate (Gerry!), someone bringing up opposing opinions that force our arguments to address weaknesses

-Willing to help one another out or pick up additional work at points when others have previous commitments or unplanned situations

- Set out timelines and checkpoints

-Everyone has a voice and we talk through varying opinions, ideas, suggestions before dismissing anything

-We provide support to one another throughout the process. At no point do we leave anyone behind or over their heads. Collectively we concur all challenges.
