If they get any of the questions wrong, or if they leave any comments, they come into the "Safeguarding Form Answers" view. If they get one wrong, send them an email to correct them (there is a Safeguarding Incorrect template on Hubspot). If they get two wrong, or leave any comments that show a clear misunderstanding, then check with the Recruitment Manager. The tutors are automatically sent a reminder to do the training after 5 days.
