Positive habits:

-we can ask our parents to install mobile guardian to control

-plays sports as a group to prevent them from playing games

-open up spots and provide equipment to allow people to play

Oppose:

-idea of putting PLDs on teachers table may be disadvantageous to those who prefer to write their notes on their iPads

-if we use an alternative application for mobile guardian we risk the same thing happening

-if we ask them to put their iPads in their lockers it would take up too much lesson time

ideas:

-spot check idea is good because it is more inclusive and open

-check search history

-record down those who misuse their iPad and send the list to teachers

-send out steps for parents to install mobile guardian on PLDs

at home:

1) school can screen time limit, productive apps will not have limit.

2) we don’t feel like the secret spot checks are feasible as they might delete an app for a certain day and just download it back the next day.

3) putting ipad on teachers table isn’t very effective as this makes them feel like they have no control over their ipad and they would think of more ideas to overcome this

4) putting ipad flat on the students tables, they could just take out the cover and place it on the table pretending to put their ipad on the table, but they are just playing their ipad without the cover under the table.
