1-Explain the task- In order to come back to college I communicated with Jed about returning to college.
2-How did this develop your communication skills? I developed it by talking to people more because I used to not talk to anyone.
3- What went well?
It went well because I am comfortable with speaking to Jed.
4- What could you improve?
I can improve by being able to feel comfortable with my other teachers.

1-Explain the task- I had to speak to a lady who is in charge of the whole police cadets program.
2-How did this develop your communication skills? I had to speak so clearly and communicated properly
3- What went well? What went well is that I did end up becoming a police cadet which was so amazing for me
4- What could you improve? I cant really think of anything for me to improve on probably not get to red when I am speaking.

1-Explain the task- When people are asking me where things are and i need to talk to them.
2-How did this develop your communication skills? It develops my communication skills because I sometimes feel nervous when talking.
3- What went well? What goes well is when they ask me something about where a product is and i know where things are and it makes me happy knowing they have found the product they want

1-Explain the task- When at cadets we had to work as a team to solve a crime at Life Wise in Rotherham and we were put into groups and were given different crimes to solve.
2-How did this develop your Team work skills? It helped a lot because i was put into a group with people I did not know
3- What went well? it went really well because we finished really quickly because of how much we communicated with Each other
4- What could you improve? Probably nothing

1-Explain the task- We had to work in teams and we had to do a task that involved other groups in so what we did was we built a track out of rope and gave each group a pair of blindfolds and the leader had to guide them through the track
2-How did this develop your Teamwork skills? It helped a lot because everyone said what they wanted to do and improve it
3- What went well? What went well was that it was a success and that every team had done so well on it and the teachers liked how much teamwork we used.
4- What could you improve? Nothing really I cant think of anything

1-Explain the task- We have to work as a team to get peoples online orders done in a certain time
2-How did this develop your Teamwork skills? We talk a lot by asking where things are and then asking how many there is which makes us work faster as a team

1-Explain the task- My attendance 
2-How did this develop your motivational skills? My attendance is good and I come in everyday even when I am not feeling 100% and just want to go back to bed and sleep more, it does help me motivate me to get up.
3- What went well? I always arrive on time maybe even earlier and I always get my work done and I am never late to lessons.
4- What could you improve? By probably not getting out of bed wanting to not go to college after a hard day at work the day before.

Explain what you did? We did a task where we had to get into groups and each person had to do one activity showing our leadership skills so i was in charge of leading the over groups through a maze with blind folds on and we had to guide them through it and when they touched the rope they had to restart again and we had to see which team had the quickest time.
What went well? What went well was that our team got a distinction with how well we all communicated to make the task a success
What did not go well? Nothing really it was all good
How did this develop your communication and confidence skills? It developed it because I was leader so I had to make decisions and it was nice because my team was listening in on what I was saying and than they have there own inputs on what they would like to do so I thought it brought me out to be more confident.

Leadership activity 2-
Explain what you did? We was at police cadets and we had to be in groups of 4 and we had a task to solve a murder or crime at the place where the cadets would be held so each team had a different task, so we had a possible kidnapping so we had to act like real police officers, so we worked as a team to figure out what happened and how to do it without a fail so we had walkie talkies and had to report back to one of the leaders so they can write down how well we did and what we could improve on.
What went well? We did it successfully and we did end up finding out what happened even though it wasn't a real kidnapping it felt real because the people who were acting were making it seem real.
What did not go well? What did not go well was when we messed up a few times and everyone was getting annoyed at each other.
