From an early age my family has built a compassion within me for animals. I never went a day in my life without having dogs, cats, or even a lizard in my home.

Covid

Covid impacted me in a great and devastating way. Throughout quarantine I lost contact with many friends and became self conscious. I obsessed over my looks and unknowningly isolated myself when I started high school. Even though covid transformed me into a socially detached version of myself I am grateful for what it taught me. I learned who was a lifelong friends and the things that gave me serenity during the hardest times.

In 6th grade I tried softball and fell in love with the sport. At the time I didn't know I would spend the next 7 years putting most of my time and energy on the field.

From a TikTok video, I picked up my first romance novel and was immediately OBSESSED. Literature became the second love in life and I dived into reading and writing.

College

After my first year of college I felt like I transformed into a person who learned how to have fun but prioritize my responsibilities. By being forced to be on my own I obtained social cues and ways to express myself comfortably. I am always open to try something new, meet new people, and gain new knowledge.
