Proactively use the frameworks taught. E.g. use the 5W+1H, fishbone, pareto analysis. Some of these frameworks might seem like a common sense but I often forget to use them under time pressure.

For the start, definitely learning about different ways to critical thinking, the various concepts/methodologies that are applicable to workplace (e.g. fishbone, decision matrix, problem statement creation, correlations between symptoms/cause).

Beyond that, a layer above we executed the usual workshop content with GenAI flavour was definitely interesting and meaningful. Be it self coaching, image creation, summarising of content, action plans creation, solving issues etc., the list goes on. Definitely worth for others to join in the future to come!

Game changer in how I approach problems. Learned to question everything and challenge assumptions withe evidence, recognise biases and separate emotions from reason.

During the workshop I learned how to work better in a team to brainstorm plan and execute as well as conflict resolution. The biggest takeaway was the surprising inclusion on how to use gen AI to work smarter.
