The report has written this and is dated in 2014. However, in the sentence there is a citation for another source which is dated as 2009. Which should I reference in regards to using this in my essay? I think 2009 is outdated but I don't want to be penalised for not citing the original source.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>when taking about sex work, who is the offender and who is the victime?&nbsp;<br><br>offender&nbsp;<br>- obviously the people offending by working in the sex industry are violate the law, which would make them an offender.&nbsp;<br>- if they are being forced into sex work, their "handler" would of course not be an offender within the sex industry, however would violate the Geneva convention on human ownership - making them only an accessory to the crime&nbsp;<br><br>victim<br>- the people forced into sex work as a lack of perspective - difficult working conditions, possible abuse, not able to get help if needed due to the criminalisation of the act, etc.&nbsp;<br>- people possibly requiring the services of a sex worker&nbsp;<br>- family of a sex worker - possibility of being mentally and physically abused&nbsp;<br><br>can I mention the sex worker as both the offender (of the crime) as also the victim (of the criminalisation of the crime) ?</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>for my second argument i've mostly stuck to victim profiles. i explained how mainstream media and research often focuses more on straight, cisgender, female victims and that domestic abuse is often seen as a "gendered crime" but that this cannot always be used and/or relied on when trying to understand patterns and explanations as to why many lgbtq+ individuals within lgbtq+ relationships may become victims of domestic abuse as gender and sexuality within such relationships vary so much and may not always be able to be used as a main contributing factor of the offence. <br><br>would this be okay or should i also talk more about offender profiles too?</div>]]></description>
