- if they are being forced into sex work, their "handler" would of course not be an offender within the sex industry, however would violate the Geneva convention on human ownership - making them only an accessory to the crime 

victim
- the people forced into sex work as a lack of perspective - difficult working conditions, possible abuse, not able to get help if needed due to the criminalisation of the act, etc. 
- people possibly requiring the services of a sex worker 
- family of a sex worker - possibility of being mentally and physically abused
