Something I am absolutely going to take into my class is the understanding that people have different aptitudes. It's about passion, finding what ignites the soul of each child and leaning into that.

This is more along the lines of what our government and our admin needs to do. Because of this, I would want the parents of my students to get more involved within the classroom and within the school. Voting people into office that care about the children and education system is the only improvement.

Always doing my do diligence and researching what state laws are going into effect and how they are going to change my classroom is important. The fact that the caretakers were in support of this shows me that this was something that was created with education as a priority.

Grades have never been a perfect system at showing how competent a child is with what they are learning. They are not "one size fits all".
