When we look at the food pyramid, fruit is an important part of a balanced diet. After dinner every night, I prepare a big dish of fresh fruit for my family and then we enjoy the fruit dish when we watch TV together. It is now summer and I think having a dish of refrigerated fruit is the most enjoyable and a genuine pleasure.

  Macaron is a kind of tiny cake. There are different kinds of flavours of Macaron, strawberry, chocolate, coffee, pistachio etc. I think it is a special desert. It looks like the noble in the cake family, with a unique sweet and rich taste.   

    Chicken nuggets is chick meat coated by bread crumbs and deep fried. The coat of the chicken nuggets tastes crunchy while the inside is soft. It tastes fantastic with a dip of sweet and sour sauce. We often go to a sushi restaurant in Tin Shui Wai for sushi.That shop is called magic touch.l really like the sushi at this Japanese restaurant.Sushi usually uses seaweed and seafood ,I love both of them, they are so delicious together.This sushi shop actually has desserts, but I don't really like them，but mother sometimes order milk ice cream to eat.
