         <description><![CDATA[<div>Hi all. Last week's day with Gianfranco was amazing. Thank you all for your help. I need a little bit of help. Is anyone using the Locker Room or the subscription to the Language Gym site? I am interested in accessing all the book materials in electronic format to be able to adapt, obviously, and we would like to use money to that effect, rather than buying all the books but then having to "create" new sentence builders. If the wheel is already created there, why re-invent it? I hope I am making sense... </div>]]></description>
