         <description><![CDATA[<p>When we are triggered by trauma there are ways to keep our minds from spiraling by journaling {feelings}, start a sewing projects and arts, do some workout - yoga, and talk to someone who will be able to understand our feelings, and who will respect the decisions we made, we listen to them and give advise and respect them and don’t judge..</p>]]></description>
