I feel that this artwork shows balance really well due to multiple different variables, these being the equal volume of the crowds around the sheep, in addition to the sun's rays, which equally divide the space into sections.

You can see the movement in the grass with the artist's stokes. You can also see how the woman's sheet and clothes move in the wind with the folds and placement. You can't even see how the wind is blowing in her hair.

We think that this shows movement because the horseman directs the eye to the dragon. Once at the dragon, the eyes follow the dragon's neck up to its head.

We think that the artwork shows movement because there is a clear line of action, where the pose and background sort of "point" in the same direction. The action is also emphasized by the dirt that the cheetah is kicking up.

This artwork shows balance because streets have an axis of symmetry and although this one is at a slight angle you can see the lamp posts on either side and the lanterns down the middle are very symmetrical and balanced in a way. The choice of colors also show balance because they are contrasting and balanced on either side the lights in the lamp posts illuminates the trees orange on both sides in the middle it is blue.

This painting has unity because it uses multiple different principles of art and design. The movement of the wave, the contrast of the white froth to the dark blue, which also includes the colours that add a calm but powerful feeling to them, The strokes and lines the artist used, and I'm not sure if this counts but the emphasis on the looming giant wave in the center that draws the audience's eyes to it. All of these points that the artist used create a sense of unity and flow within the painting.
