Today the photographers of our respected groups went to photograph the media centre, photographing actors talking and doing a task to give the idea of a happy working environment. The pictures I took are now on the 'simple' website app for the work task.

Today we thought over some photo techniques we can use in our photography task work. I have uploaded the pictures taken yesterday to my pad let and the website simple. I have also helped Mark - the groups video person, with the story board, such as scene directions and music we can use in the promotional video to show how great Harlow colleges media, photography and journalism course is. Tommorrow i will expand on the work I have done and get to the finishing process of the photography course.

Today was business as usual, continuing work with the 3 job rolls our teams have been assigned. Myself being the team photographer I had to showcase the media course further, this entailed photographer the students who are filming, taking pictures of the as they set up and so forth. Then we photographed the facilities more such as the dark room. Then myself and Michael, who is also a team photographer, took pictures of us setting up a camera tripod. Once I have uploaded the pictures to my computer I will upload them to pad let.

I have conducted my survey, finding out how people viewed my website. Overall people liked what I had made and how it was presented, with an average overall rating of 8 out of 10. I am judging the project as an overall success, if you want to find the website its on my pad let. I hope you enjoy it. I have also learned that by having focus groups and conducting surveys for the customer market you can learn alot more about what they want and what they don't

Some of the more positive comments included "it's very informative" and "the use of colour and background textures". The people in the server also mentioned that "Yes I find it easy to navigate around the website". Due to the subheadings being clearly displayed at the top of the screen of the website.
Some of the more negative aspects the study showed people were not to fond of was that, " Photographs were of low quality, could use a better camera system". So I have learned from that comment that, next time around I could use better camera equipment.
All of the people in the survey said that they would recommend this course to people entering colege life, answering, " yes", or "yes it's a great place to teach students the skills they need to learn, for a career in the media industry".
