The image is of one of our many community days back in Bournville (when people thought we were on a community pay back program!) but we had some fun and made a difference - story of your life, I am sure.

As part of the brave trio that left the safety of the island and moved to the mystical offices in Zurich after the Kraft take over, you made it easier for others to follow myself included and I am so grateful for the offline advice and guidance which has made a big difference to me personally.

Also, I would like to thank you for always showing up with an authentic honest approach delivered with a smile and a laugh (even when times were tough) as it makes such a positive difference to the team working with such a candid and happy person.

I wish you all the very best back in Blighty and I am sure you will soon miss the efficiencies of Switzerland BUT there's no place like home.
