         <description><![CDATA[<div>1.)&nbsp; Charity Drive<br>&nbsp; &nbsp;-We have a set of people who will be collecting possible goods for other people and we can set up some collaboration with non profitable companies and other people who want to help for our help can reach other people who needs help in food&nbsp;<br><br>2.)&nbsp; Community Pantry<br>&nbsp;- People who are open-handed and are willing to give something&nbsp; to helping other people in times of scarcity. Those who are in need of food can line up and get what they need for the day and this will ensure that everyone can have food for the hungry.<br><br>3.) Sustainable Farming<br>&nbsp;- People could use their space and farm on their own that can be used for the whole community to eat, but they should be able to control their daily consumption.<br><br>4.) Government intervention<br>- The government can provide help through either cash or food like what they were doing whenever there is typhoon or other calamity.<br><br>5.)&nbsp; Donations of food to hungry people<br>&nbsp;- People who are afraid of leaving food on the community pantry can also help by just giving food to starving people.<br><br>6.) Financial support from the government officials<br>&nbsp;- the government could provide different services that will benefit a lot of families especially in times of food scarcity. can hand money to people and they can use that to buy foods and other necessities .<br><br>7.) Urban farming<br>8.)Reducing Food Waste<br>9.)Improving food storage systems</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>People are starving because they don't have access to food<br>and their country is lacking of food sources.<br><br>Other people in some countries have trust issues because<br>of bad experiences they have had before when trying to put their trust unto somebody, also other people have different intentions too.<br><br>Global pandemic have cause a lot of people to lose jobs,<br>everyone was forced to stay and work at home and the only way for them to go out is when buying necessities.&nbsp;<br><br>Homeless people do not have the capability to provide food because other people were not giving them chances.<br><br>Corrupt government officials only think about themselves and tend to forget that they were on that position to serve their people, instead of helping they were putting all the budget to their pockets and for own needs.<br>-low paying jobs<br>-high tax</div>]]></description>
