It has been a while. I had decided to be a sacrifice and I had to go through all sorts of training. Like eating the correct food, becoming mentally prepared. I have had to change my diet to meat, potatoes, coca leaves and corn beer. They say this is what the gods like. I do enjoy this lifestyle, sadly it is only temporary. Whenever I eat the coca leaves or drink the corn beer I feel very weird and can't remember a lot of stuff. Today they gave me my headdress. It was only for a while but it looks beautiful! It has feathers and is pure white. They said I could wear this when I was sacrificed. I think that I will feel like something is happening but I'm not sure what because my coca leaves and corn beer amount has increased. I have not been able to write because I am always feeling drowsy and throwing up. Since my sacrifice is a few days away there has been a lot of parties. And there have been some last minute arrangements. 2 other children will join me and be sacrificed. They say that the gods are very hungry and need more food. Anyways, today I got hundreds of shells to hold and multiple hair clippings. They said that this will make me the main prize and those other children the sides.
