65% of today's students will be doing jobs that don't even exist yet. This would make our job as educators pretty tricky....It's like aiming at a target blindfolded. After doing some reading, it seems that the general belief is that tomorrow's STEM jobs will be oriented around the following: Virtual Reality; Digital media and its management; Technology and biological manipulations; Ethics; Sustainability and Artificial Intelligence. I really believe that adaptability and let's say globalization of a particular job is of up most importance. Students need to be directed to several solutions after they graduate, instead of one. I believe that the school could try tinkering. It is a form of informal learning in which we learn by doing. This method encourages experimenting, stimulates the ability to troubleshoot and teaches to work in groups, to work together to achieve a goal, a little 'as with other practical methods such as coding and educational robotics. With the tinkering children, adolescents (and adults too) can approach to disciplines such as art, science and technology without the hassle of having to memorize theoretical concepts or having to study whole tedious pages of books.

As I said I can not imagine possible jobs, evolution is too fast but I can imagine the preparation, background required to face up to.

Almost every job need a training period, no matter the expertise of the worker. Companies should invest in their staff instead of expecting full productive graduates from minute one. I think we should focus more on preparing students for flexibility, learning and unlearning, than on specializing in specific jobs, as one of the features of the immediate futures is the continuous changes of specialization.

So the challenge is to set up the minimum, the basis on which to build new specific knowledge quickly. At present it is a question of preparing the primary school children to solve problems. The reading comprehension that they experience makes them focus on the future in the areas that they like most, although we have heterogeneous classes and so it depends on the social group with which we work where we can better observe progress. We, as teacher ´s must inform with the technological advances to help our pupils. The government should invest more in education to facilitate the work of teachers and the students. We have no idea about new jobs that not exist yet. Researchers list different ones, but all of them are forecasts. It is not possible to prepare pupils for a specific job that maybe never exists. The main conclussion of these interesting videos is that the world is changing so fast that it's almost impossible to predict future STEM jobs. However, I find also certain that our current students should constantly study and prepare themselves to adapt their job to new challenges during all their professional life.

There may be in our future new professions such as biotech doctors, expert about the interaction between human body and bionic parts, multimedia communicators, able to adapt with specific softwares to different form of communication, braille, sign language, different languages, experts in every branch not even existing yet.
