Even though she has passed away now, her legacy and impact is still lasting and strong, with her family carrying on her work and passions in her name. I admire her sense of style and creativity, from watching her old and new interviews, fashion shows as well as following the social media pages about her work. She also has a thick skin which I think is especially important in this industry, and inspires me to not just be able to handle, but welcome criticism. It has also taught me to differentiate between constructive criticism and to let others that I feel are not relevant to me to roll off my back, teaching me to maintain a good balance between being receptive but still confident in myself.
