Kinder are unusually difficult to manage as we are training them to stay in their seats. 3rd grade and older generally can sit for longer. Also the lower grades generally have higher hygiene needs (diapers, hand over hand, etc.) which makes running stations often time 1:1 not 3:1 as hoped.
