The business is very friendly to the customers. For example, all the items are exchangeable without time limit as long as the customers have kept the receipt and show it to counter. However, there is lack of labor resource during the peak seasons. My recommendation for the company is to recruit more casual worker during the peak seasons in order to smooth the business process.
