Ensure all members are on the same page and are agreeable on the ideas presented.

Group did well in giving suggestions and voicing out agreement or disagreement for ideas of other members. Suggestions given were substantial and well thought out, such as having overseas trip as one of the lucky draw prizes to reward staff for their hard work.

Area for improvement:
Occasionally talking over each other, could be more systematic. Area for improvement would be the chairman should remember to assign tasks to the group members. Everyone was very focused and goal-orientated. Putting aside personal feelings and took in the pov of the best solutions.

Chairperson did not assign task. Chairperson never greet us and say thank you for your time in the meeting
