         <description><![CDATA[<div>yes I agree because older workers are more experienced and you don't have to waste time to teach them, the older workers can learn from their past experiences and not make the same mistakes the younger workers might make <br><br>don't you want your companies to be successful? most companies that hire older workers tend to be more successful as most of the older worker has past experience which they can improve on, so they won't repeat their same mistakes. Older workers have more experience as most older workers have went through a lot of different jobs and had made mistakes which they won't repeat again. Companies should hire older workers because, they have more experience, people in the company wouldn't have to teach the older workers as much as they have to teach their younger workers and the older workers can help to teach their younger workers who needs help.<br><br></div>]]></description>

Companies had smaller budgets, which led to "many people getting promoted into management positions with little experience. So when the companies hire the older worker they can guide the younger youths in the workforce. Therefore, companies should hire older workers.          <title>Did you know that some companies prefer hiring older employees than younger ones. Companies are made up of employers and employees who sells their expertise, services and/or products. Older workers tends to have more experience than younger workers as they might have spent their whole life in their career life. But, as the work force modernise, they are expertise might be useless or outdated. On the other hand, younger workers tends to learn faster and could adapt easily with changes in their working career. Some companies such as Old Chang Kee, prefer to hire older workers as to appreciate their history of being built by senior citizens. Both older and younger workers had their pros and cons thus companies, according to their job requirements, hire qualified individuals. Commonly, companies should consider the cost effectiveness, the need of nessary manpower and problems older workers faces as a result of wanting to work.</title>

         <title>There have been many intense debates on the hiring of older workers by companies around the world. Some argue that older workers are beyond their prime and cannot function well at work. Others advocate that older workers provide a wealth of experience into any company they work at. Older workers refer to workers who are beyond the average retirement age of 60. My stand gravitates towards the opinion that older workers should be hired by companies because they have valuable work experience that will benefit the company and lesser resources will be spent by the company on training costs. </title>
