don't you want your companies to be successful? most companies that hire older workers tend to be more successful as most of the older worker has past experience which they can improve on, so they won't repeat their same mistakes. Older workers have more experience as most older workers have went through a lot of different jobs and had made mistakes which they won't repeat again. Companies should hire older workers because, they have more experience, people in the company wouldn't have to teach the older workers as much as they have to teach their younger workers and the older workers can help to teach their younger workers who needs help.
