-Bioprinting could potentially be used to produce organs to eliminate need for donation which would reduce time waiting for donor and reduce rejection as bioprinted organs are developed by using the patient's own tissue (Wood, 2023)

-Current technology has inconsistent quality of 3D printed objects (Wood, 2023)

-Due to 3D printing as a relatively new technology, there are no regulations for use (Wood, 2023)

Four out of five of my strengths are in the "executing" category of strengths. I believe this gives me the ability to plan and carry out any task put before me, as well as the vision to develop and encourage a team to see the task through.

I chose four out of five team members that had the same executive strengths as myself. I feel like we would see eye to eye on a project and have the determination to complete it. I chose a "developer" to help the team build strong relationships and make the team greater than each of it's parts.
