         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>Create a personalized license plate using only the letters from the periodic table of the elements. <br><br>The letters that are used must  follow the rules of the periodic table.  For instance, if the letter is a capital on the table then it must also be a capital on your  license plate, and the same is true for lower case letters.<br><br><strong>Check list for a assignment completion:</strong></div><div><br></div><ul><li>Element symbol written correctly (capital and lower case rules followed)?</li><li>Element name to match the symbol you are using?</li><li>Atomic number identified?</li><li>Atomic mass identified?</li><li>Does your license plate spell something?   Does it make sense?</li><li>Does it look like a license plate?</li></ul>]]></description>
