A “healthy school environment,” is characterized by such basics as safety and order, as well as less tangible qualities such as a “supportive, responsive” attitude toward children and the teacher's sense of belonging. from a professional community focused on good teaching.<br><br></div><div>To change this kind of climate - and begin to combat teacher isolation, closed doors, negativism, teacher defeat and resistance - I focused on building a sense of school community, with the characteristics that go with it. This includes respecting every member of the school community; "optimistic, friendly, solution-oriented, non-blame and professional environment;" and efforts to involve staff and students in various activities.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <title>Zaiha Ahmad:  The management principle that I live by is to work based on the five functions of great management which are Planning, Organizing, Leading, Staffing and Controlling.  I&#39;d like to focus on the function of Leading, this involves articulating a vision, energizing employees, inspiring and motivating people using vision, influence, persuasion, and effective communication skills.                                                           Other than these five functions, I also focus on teamwork.  Strong teams within a school are essential to retaining and sustaining teachers, so that a space for learning and healthy conflict can be created also among the school stakeholders.  For instance, my morning routine is to arrive early in school, do general monitoring on students attendance and affairs, monitor the classroom learning process and school environment, administrative work and also teachers&#39; affairs. To inspire and motivate, a leader has to lead by example.  I have to guide others through my behaviour instead of my words and be resilient if times are tough.  I need to know the strengths and weaknesses of my school and value them well.  Without a strong teamwork and planning, I believe that it&#39;s impossible to have all these school activities and programmes to run smoothly.   </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The management principles that work for me as a school leader is developing the teachers, staff and students through empowerment.&nbsp; And it can be effectively if as a school leader can be managing it from Planning, Organizing, Applicating and controlling because with reasons that <strong>Planning</strong> is important because it plays a major role in moving other management functions. For example, every manager must create an effective work plan within the staffing organization, with considered SMART factors<strong>.Organizing</strong> also includes assigning each activity, dividing work into specific tasks, and determining who has the right to do some of the tasks. Including distribute of job description. <strong>Actuating,</strong> that is Good planning and organization is meaningless if it is not followed by the implementation of work. This requires hard work, smart work and collaboration. All existing human resources must be optimized to achieve the organization's vision, mission and work program. Implementation of work must be in line with the work plan that has been prepared. Unless there are special things that need to be adjusted.All teachers and staff&nbsp; must work in accordance with the duties, functions and roles, skills and competencies of each them to achieve the vision, mission and work program of the organization that has been set. <strong>Controlling</strong> In order for the work to run in accordance with the vision, mission, rules and work program, control is needed. Both in the form of supervision, supervision, inspection to audit. These words do have different meanings, but the most important thing is how early the deviations can be detected. Both in the planning, implementation and organizing stages. So with this matter, corrections, anticipations and adjustments can be made in accordance with the situation, conditions and developments of the times.</div>]]></description>

Seeing the different roles and duties of the headmaster is faced with the challenge of performing a planned and organized and continuing education in developing the quality of education. For that can be done in the way a principal has a clear, purposeful vision.<br>&nbsp;Efforts made by the headmaster have a goal of developing the quality of school education through the school's program program. The quality of education is dynamic and can be studied from a variety of perspectives. Agreements on quality concepts are returned to established formula or referral policies such as education policies, teaching learning processes, curriculum, infrastructure facilities, learning facilities and education facilities according to the agreements of the concerned parties. The quality of education is determined not only by schooling as a teaching society but also by conforming to what views and expectations a society that tend to grow continuously throughout the advancing years.</div>]]></description>
