It was a very interesting project and we had a lot of good ideas and this isn't just a group assignment it was a hands on experience in business idea generation and planning.

-We had to beg Khanyi to come to campus.

-Xoli was always late.

-Tinyiko was always making jokes.

-The other Xoli writes slow.

-Mlungisi was disturbing Nozwelo.

Reflection of our challenges

In our project, we encountered various challenges that required collective problem-solving.One specific instance was when we did not have a venue to start with our project.Instead of working individually, our group came together to brainstorm and analyze the problem through collaboration efforts.Another challenge we faced we had to use one PC to wrap up our project.

Communication served as the backbone of our collaborative efforts. We utilized tools like Padlet and WhatsApp for real-time updates, shared documents for transparent information exchange, and scheduled regular meetings to ensure everyone was on the same page.

In our group meetings and WhatsApp group we discussed our ideas and choose the best idea ,if we don't agree on a decision we vote on it and majority wins.

Enchanted Collaborative Tools

We have explored many interesting tools like Notepad++, design.com,padlet and google docs. notepad helped us in creating our mockup. Padlet made sharing our experiences colorful and because we can reflect on our experience, now we know the do's and don't for future experiences. With design.com, we manage to design our beautiful logo.

Conflict Resolution Chronicles

We had conflicts because of our time schedule as we had a different time slots according to our timetables, so this led to others attending our meetings on time some group members could not pitch for those meetings.

In our group meetings we had to divide the work equally so that we can do the work faster to meet the deadline and also have the time to prepare for the presentation but all in all we did work well together. For most of all i help my group members with padlet.

What I learned from this journey as a group member of Ameliorator is that team work is very essential and it has influenced me perceptual especially in my IT entrepreneur and this will help me in my future as an IT student.
