I live in Espinal Tolima, I live in the town, but in the La Ceiba neighborhood, near the police school and I live with my parents and my little brother. We live in a large two-story house, which is also very hot due to the temperature.


I get up every morning at 6:00 am, then I take my brother to school, however I have breakfast at 8 in the morning, I love having eggs and chorizo for breakfast, then I pick my brother up from school, I have lunch at 1:00 pm With my parents, I go to the gym every day and when I get home then start doing my homework and reading, usually I always come home tired and only eat oatmeal for dinner, and I I lay down depending on the quantity of homework that I have, and on weekends I go out with my friends however on Sundays I go to church, and on Saturdays I study English in an academy.

- Es demasiado importante desde pequeña siempre supe la importancia de aprender un nuevo idioma, para llegar abrir nuevas oportunidades para una mejor calidad de vida.

I have been married for a month. I am from Espinal Tolima, but I live in Ecuador. I'm 22 years old. I am a nursing assistant. However I am studying at UNAD. But I live in Babahoyo. In my spare time I like to read and exercise.

In my city the main tourist places are the Caimanera river, too the mythological park, however the typical food of the city is the tamale, it is prepared with meat, chicken, potato, cornmeal, carrot and egg, the main celebrations in my city they are the San Pedro festivities, which are held annually. Later people usually go out to dance, drink and watch the carnival. Then in my city, visitors can go to the river, the mythological park, the discos and enjoy finally a delicious Tolimense suckling pig.
