I have been a leader in a group work at school a few times. Some of the challenges that I faced as a leader were that there can be a lot of ideas and  sometimes people in the group can argue with one another and it’s really hard to manage a group to success.

I have been a leader many times for group presentations. My experiences being the leader of my group presentation was interesting but, it was also challenging. Being a leader means you have responsibilities for your whole group. If an incident happens, you’re responsible for it. The challenges I faced were not difficult as it was a small presentation. My group were able to get a good score. 

A leader I admire is my teacher, really. It’s very amazing to see how they can teach students and lead them to a good future. I admire how they can get student to do homework and give lectures about the betterment of certain topics.

In the photo, the leader is the person standing in the middle. Here, they’re performing in a group. The leader stands there and instructs the player on what to play next by his movements. The people trusts the leader and the leader trusts the people. I think that’s what create an effective leader.

I've been a leader many times before, when we have a group project or presentation, I was always selected to be the leader. it's a bit hard and troublesome to work with people who level of English is lower then yours but with just little explaining, they will understand there role and what to do.

I don't really admire leaders as much as some people do but there one person that inspire to be a leader more often which is my childhood friend. before i started being a leader in most group work, it was my childhood friend that was the leader most of the time, i often admire how he's so calm in very difficult situation and how he's so confident in always everything and how he guide everyone with a bright smile on his face.

3. Well, judging through this photo i can see that the leader is in the middle and guiding other instrumentalist, well what make this leader a effective leader is that he's not only guiding one person at a time but many people at a time and the way he elegantly tell them what to do will help the student feel more calm and confident in themselves.

And challenges that I faced as a leader are leading my team, I have to organize my works and prepare to explain to my teammate how to do this or that. Therefore, usually there is always an obstacle during the journey right? sometimes during working we have made a mistake so we have to do it over again. Moreover, as a leader, of course I did have more works to do and prepare than my teamwork, it was quite busy though.
